Well one bad day of eating over your carb limit kick you out of ketosis and Wait you have to start all over again or can you just continue as nothing the next day

  • It really depends on the person and how much metabolic damage they have. I had a chocolate desert and pizza (both not keto) last week and still lost weight. Some people advocate having a cheat day once a week as they believe it helps people  stay on the diet longer, others are strictly against it. If your goal is to lose weight take into consideration that it may take a little longer to hit your goals.
