I’m a newbie! Started May 21st need some help with my Macros I think...

Hi everyone! I just found this forum and I’m having trouble calculating my macros and understanding it all, honestly.... 

Could anyone help me out in this area? I’m down 12lbs and 2 inches, but I think if I can get my macros understood better I might be able to be in a better spot. 

Could someone point me in the right direction?

    What are the ratios for your protein, fat, and carbs?

  • Mine are 5 percent carbs, 75 percent fat and 25 % protein. I try and stay within 15 g cards total per day

  • Use the app Carb Manager app it's great at tracking Macros.  U have to input your carbs percentage. A great start for beginners is 20% carb.  Plug that in and it will calculate everything for u then everyday u input ur meals and it will let u know if ur over,  under,  or at ur macros.  It's super easy.

    In the app, under settings, you put in your height, weight and activity level and it will tell you the ratios for keto, low carb high fat, etc..

    Just page through each of the tabs in settings .

    I've finally gotten it all figured out! Now if I can just get better at logging my food... lol.

    I know I'm staying under my carbs.
