Hi I am a Keto Newbie

Hi I am just starting out and am confused as how to calculate how many cabs, fat and protein I need to eat. I need to loose around 20lbs. In am struggling to get my head around it all. 🤔

    i thought the app set what your limits by your answers to the questions  it asks if you in the set up?
