Portions really count

I love the Keto way of eating, and I’m losing weight and feeling great. However, yesterday I made an incredible slow cooker mocha pudding cake (6 servings total for the cake @ 3.76 g. Net carbs per serving).

it was absolutely delicious so I helped myself to a few servings. ☹️.  This morning it reflected on the scale. 

Just a reminder to really watch portion sizes.  The great thing about this way of eating is that you can get right back into eating the right way and in a day or two and the pounds you added will disappear 😀

    Yes that is so true - just had the same kind of experience !  Now ha ha how bout that recipe ? Sounds great at 3.76 net per serve. What’s the secret ?

    Go to https://www.ruled.me/slow-cooker-mocha-pudding-cake/ I made it again today and after it had cooked and cooled I separated it into 6 containers. One container is 3.76g. Net carbs.

    Caitmax3  Hey thanks, looks great ! I see, it's the stevia and you've said it tastes great. I'll give it a try some time soon. For this week and maybe next I'm on a no sugar or sweet kick for some reason - but have saved this and will give it a try ! THANKS : )
