Portions really count
I love the Keto way of eating, and I’m losing weight and feeling great. However, yesterday I made an incredible slow cooker mocha pudding cake (6 servings total for the cake @ 3.76 g. Net carbs per serving).
it was absolutely delicious so I helped myself to a few servings. ☹️. This morning it reflected on the scale.
Just a reminder to really watch portion sizes. The great thing about this way of eating is that you can get right back into eating the right way and in a day or two and the pounds you added will disappear 😀

Go to https://www.ruled.me/slow-cooker-mocha-pudding-cake/ I made it again today and after it had cooked and cooled I separated it into 6 containers. One container is 3.76g. Net carbs.
