Sugar and carb cravings

I’m trying to get off refined sugar and restarted keto today. Will my sugar and carb cravings stop on the very first day of the diet I’m really hoping for some relief of my symptoms and to pull out of this addiction and be healthy again.

    It usually takes 3-4 days for your body to adjust and the cravings go away. Keep your healthy fats up and all hunger disappears for the most part.

    Mine personally didn’t go away after a few days. I wish! It took weeks for me, following everything as best as I understood the lifestyle. I think everyone is different in this aspect and it relates more to how high of carb you were prior to starting a low carb or ketogenic lifestyle. The higher the carbage you ingested prior albeit it’s a worse craving sensation and may last longer. Was for me anyhow.
