I don’t reach my calorie limit. I’m on the start of week 2. Been tracking all foods, do pretty good on carbs. Should I worry

    Yes and no. 😂🤣😂

No in the sense of watching carbs, getting enough fats & moderate protein and feeling that you can listen to your own body is more important at first.

Yes in the long run. While it sounds counterintuitive, eating too few calories can hinder your weight loss efforts as your body ends up holding on to more calories because it isn’t getting enough fuel. Calorie restriction can lead to metabolic damage and will make it harder for you to lose weight long term. It doesn’t hurt to mix things up doing a natural fasting, feast & famine, the more you learn the more confident you will become. Dr Jason Fung is fabulous at explaining. YouTube as ever.

  • I was surprised that I was having problems hitting my calorie macro also. Week 2 also.  I have been working at listening to my body and I haven’t gone hungry. Shocked me. I am feeling my way around eating new foods so hope to get there gradually. But my blood sugar has been great.

A great way to add some calories without getting to full is some macadamia nuts with rock salt. Cheddar cheese cubes. Olives to nibble. I don’t like 3 days in a row of low calories. 😋😋
