Too much protein
I’m struggling to get the right balance of fat & protein. I usually exceed my protein needs but don’t reach the fat requirement. I’m not usually hungry and don’t snack. Most days I do 16/8 intermittent fasting and carbs are usually less than 20. I’m losing weight but slowly. Any thoughts?

I know what you mean. It's tough. I have been sticking to fattier cuts of meat since they normally contain more fat and less protien. I usually go a little over the recommended for protien but I'm still losing so I'm not gonna mess with it. I think working out give you an excuse to indulge in a little more protien too btw.

I second the fat bombs, you can eat 12-15g of fat and only 130-150 calories in a very small package. Nut butter and cocoa are my fave. Just google it for a million recipes. Also, chia seeds and coconut in all it's forms (flour, oils, milk/cream, butters, shredded) are your best friends. A 1/2 cup of chia pudding made with coconut milk will net you close to 40g of fat and 9g of fiber. Eat a lot of nuts and put avocado on everything.

Another suggestion is bulletproof coffee or tea. I am doing a bulletproof Chai tea and loving it.
2 stash Chai spice tea bags
1 tablespoon grass fed butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Brew 16oz tea for 5 min
Put everything else in blender
Add tea and blend till frothy
Sweeten to your taste
(mines unsweetened)
Drink and enjoy
