Re: Not losing weight I never eat all the fat grams. What I don't eat will be made up with fat from my body. It's not how everyone does keto but it worked for me in the past so doing it this time as well.

Re: Using to many calories in coffee .. help I use vanilla protein powder in mine with a little cream. Not perfect but works okay. But I can only fit in one cup. Honestly, more than that, you may need to go with black.
