I dont think you are having enough calories it is not recommended to go under 1200 calories otherwise your metabolism can be affected

Hi you can select the LVHF plan but then adjust the carbs to 30 g or less so at 30 g mine is 9 % carbs, 26% protein and 65 % fat, as I wanted more fruit and vegetables .
