33 days in and 24 lbs down

Just over a month and I’ve lost 24 lbs to date, down from a starting weight of 277. My weight loss rate has slowed down a lot now but I’m sticking to my 70/20/5  macro goals. Hope to hit my intermediate goal of 220 lbs by July. It’s been fun to see my clothes fitting a little better and I’m feeling better too. I praise God for the motivation He has given me and the patience and support from my loving wife (not on Keto).

  • Welcome and congrats on the weight loss. Patience and faith are key. Trust the process and stay the course. If the scale doesn’t show results focus on other non scale victories; less bloated, more energy, changes to body composition.
