How to maintain weight loss
I’m pretty close (6 lbs. away) from my goal weight 🤗🙌🏼. Once I hit my goal weight does anyone have any recommendations on how to adjust to maintaining that weight? Do I stop keto and switch to low carb? Any information or suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you 😊

No matter what eating plan (diet) you are on, calories still count. Keep that in mind once you hit your goal.

The Atkins' Diet
Atkins is essentially a low carbohydrate diet not a Ketogenic Diet as some believe.
The initiation of Akins involves elimination of carbohydrates until you achieve you goal weight.
Once you goal weight is achieved, you then gradually and slow add carbohydrates back into you diet.
Your scales are your yardstick for determining how many carbohydrates you can consume on a daily basis.
If your weight remain the same, your carbohydrate intake is fine.
If your weight begins to inch up, you are consuming too many carbs and need to consume less.
My wife has used this method for years. The beauty of it is it simplicity.
