How to maintain weight loss

I’m pretty close (6 lbs. away) from my goal weight 🤗🙌🏼.  Once I hit my goal weight does anyone have any recommendations on how to adjust to maintaining that weight?  Do I stop keto and switch to low carb?  Any information or suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you 😊
