Progress is slowing

Hi guys when I started to do keto I was following a set plan put out for me  and I was doing really well but it seemed to be the same thing everyday and so I decided to try and do it on my own. I've been tracking on carb manager but the weight loss seems to be at a standstill. I've made myself some pancakes and can't believe the carbs in my sweetener and wondered if it's the wrong sweetener and help would be appreciated. I need to stay under my net carbs and hit the protein? 

I'm using total sweet xylitol 1 5g tsp came up on the app as 5 net grams but the only says 4 total on the packet?

  • Don’t trust the user contributions, unless it’s been approved enter the food item yourself or check the macros before you add it to your daily food. Many contributors don’t enter products correctly which can completely mess with your macro.

    That'll be a dodgy user entry - the sugars in xylitol (and other sweeteners like it) are sugar alcohol and don't count as Net carbs.  So your entry should be reading 0 under Net carbs and 4g of sugar alcohols for a 4g teaspoon of it.  If you can't find an entry on Carb Manager that looks like that for xylitol you're best Googling the brand and adding it as a custom food yourself.
