Hi Everyone, second day on Keto, so happy to have found this app, so I can concentrate on going "the Keto way", my blood glucose levels are already down from yesterday ;-) Had the 'full' breakfast this morning, eggs, bacon, hamburger patty, some brocolli and mayo... will go grocery shopping after work... lots more greens (spinach, cucumbers, califlower, etc.) to fill up and for occasional snacking ;-) Great to get started...
