Not enough protein

Hi everyone. Started 4 days ago. After not getting enough fat on day 1 and 2,  by adding heavy whipping cream to my coffee instead of half and half  

Now I’m having a problem getting my 42g of protein.  Im hitting around the 20s or so.  I’ll eat just about any meat- unless it’s veal or lamb- just can’t do it.  Do y’all have any suggestions for foods high in protein low in fat?

    how about smoked salmon or tuna? slices of chicken or turkey? roast beef? ham? just a quarter cup of chicken breast will give you 11 or so grams of protein.

    Brie, blue cheese, eggs, salmon, sardines, don’t go over protein it converts to glucose.    Cream better than half n half.
