KETO AND INTERMITTENT FAST

My eating window is 10 am -5 pm. 

I diet is on spot.

I workout but still unable to lose last 10 pounds

any idea's

     Maybe try to ower your calorie intake and increase fat. Also make sure you are drinking lots of water.

    Also women may do better fasting for only 14-15 hrs a day.

    Nancycast maybe try herbal tea or water with some mint and fresh lemon juice. Also bone broth.
