No weight loss in 2 weeks

Hi, I am on keto diet she MARCH 1. I LOST 12 lbs so fast, but in the last 10 days my weight didn't drop a single pound. I am in ketosis as I test daily. I never go over my allowed carbs  (20) but I barely ever reach fat amount proposed., or caloric intake. I need encouragement! 馃槥

    I did the same. Someone  mentioned to stop all dairy other than butter. Not sure what I am doing wrong. And I am in  a strong ketosis!

    It could be many things. If you are gaining muscle but losing fat, the scale can stay the same or even weigh more. Muscle weighs more than fat but you are physically slimmer.

    also not eating enough can stall weight loss. Think of the calorie goal over the week instead of daily.  The average over the week should be your goal, so don鈥檛 be afraid of eating a little more as long they are all good quality foods. (This one is especially hard for me because I want it to go faster!)

    Sanja it is very important to reach the fat amounts and protein as close as possible!  I figured out that I have to eat 3 eggs and a half avocado for lunch every day to make it all work.  Plus cream and butter to cook dinner with and olive oil in the salads helps too.  You can do this!  Look how many of us are just on here!  You will drop weight.  Also keep to 2 meals a day, squeezed into a 5-6 hour eating window also helps a whole lot it's key to the whole thing in my opinion.  Good luck!

    Thank you. I figured I don't eat fat as I should. I  was so focused on carbs that I completely ignored the fat, so I reached maybe 50-70 % daily goal, if so. I upped coconut oil and avocado oil. Two more pounds down!!! I see now how important it is to meat daily allowance.
