I second what the other person said. And I also keep Nick's Sticks on hand, off Amazon or their own website has a sale on right now. Go for the spicy beef not the plain they aren't very spicy don't worry. Much tastier. Grass fed beef and they make turkey sticks as well I have yet to try those. You'll find you won't need snacks when you're on keto. All the healthy fats like eggs, avocadoes etc keep you feeling satiated all day long.

I will add, make sure to do your 16 hour fast every day. Dont eat after supper til lunchtime the next day. Really helps the weight loss happen and you'll be able to stuff your face for the 2 meals you get. I felt like I ate like Miss Piggy and couldn't believe I could lose weight and be so full, it felt so counterintuitive. Squeeze all your meals into a 6-7 hour window. Mind is noon to 7pm

I never liked pork rinds prior to keto, but, i do crave salty crunchy things in the evening. I especially like this hard to find flavor that is Herb and Vinegar pork rinds maybe? Hard to find, walmart has them sometimes. It tastes like when i used to get olive oil & pesto, and dip bread into that. Yum.
Also, some of the BBq flavor pork rinds are okay, too, and Salt and Vinegar pork rinds are good. However, these are calorie dense, and it seems like on keto, we Still do have to count calories. *sigh*
