Fasting???

If I plan to do a morning fast no breakfast, do I still need to get in all the fats, protein and carbs for the day ?

    I always try to hit fat  and protein.  I aim to stay under carbs.  Even when I don’t meet gram goals, I try to keep percentages of fat, protein and carbs at goal.  Good Luck

    Go by your pie chart percentages for the day...eat until your full.
