    Track everything, drink lots of water and enter food in app before you eat to see effect on your Macros.  Try not to stress yourself, focus  on carbs and calories while you work to balance the rest.  It is worth the effort and will get easier. Good Luck

    Gina  thanks if you go over protein and fat but in carbs does that matter much. Put in food for today and  am iver on both already but under on carbs and calories

    Michjay That’s a good start.  I would next try to stay at or under protein.  It takes a little practice to balance fat, protein and carb percentages.  You will get there.
