Hi! Newbie here, day 9! Feeling weak....

Using Himalayan salt, gatorade zero, MCT C8/C10. Drinking lots of water too. Any other recommendations for other nutrients I may be lacking due to this diet change. Feeling tired and weak in the knees.

    The first couple of weeks are the hardest.  It sounds like you are doing a good job staying hydrated.  Are you hitting your fat and protein goals?

  • I am taking a sodium, multi vitamin  and magnesium supplement now that I am almost 2 months in.
