Hard to follow that amazing victory 👏👏👏

mine are much smaller: being able to skip meals without thinking about it; being able to zip some stored favourite clothes and enjoy shopping for new ones; being able to look in the mirror and get a surprise that my face and neck have melted and left a person I used to know (I only have one full length mirror in the house & I still avoid eye contact with it....)

Not needing a ‘lie down’ after eating a meal - carbs & sugar were making me old. Getting into (and out of!) the bath with ease (could only shower....). Going to the supermarket without any temptation ~ this really does happen. Throwing food out when I have eaten ‘enough’ and the remainder isn’t suitable for keeping in the fridge (still thrifty).

Having a steady flow of energy that lasts a full day. Sleeping longer.  Very little gas 😬

being able to stay away from the scales for weeks at last, I have no idea what I weigh but my waist is going down.  I have approximately 18lbs to goal but who knows or cares, next ‘weigh in’ during September.

look forward to reading how others are doing 🌸🌷🌸

Joanna those are all great non-scale victories!  I can relate to every single one!  So much mental freedom with Keto!

Joanna my husband’s endocrinologist & diabetes nutritionist are blown away.

My OBGYN literally did a double take when she passed me in her office. She was always supportive no matter my weight but her praise sure felt good.

I have had to remove a link in my Fossil smartwatch.

I am down 3 belt holes.

    Shirts/pants are now fitting better.

I am feeling much better all around: more energy, better digestive health, headaches far less frequent
