yatesa12 I was pretty strict keto, no grains or fruit, took me about six months, I like red wine and drank only in social situations and stuck to no sugar added cocktails like martinis, carbs to me are what causes weight gain, and unfortunately to lose weight, whole grains should be nixed but in moderation on a maintenance, veggies are good but non-starchy veggies and limit to no more than 3 cups a day . . . Sounds like your food chooses are healthy and that鈥檚 good, i think for maintenance for carbs that you introduce, you have to scale back proportionately on the fat intake that is pretty high going keto and find the right balance . . .
