mhgoketo I have been trying to stick as close to the a 60-30-10 ratio as I can; so far so good. At first, I was going by the guide the app gave me of 42g of carbs. I have since been trying to keep it around 20g of carbs. As for fat and protein, it looks like I've been around 85-100g of fat and maybe a little more protein. I have also been working out about 5 times a week - both cardio and weights.
