Hi there -need help figuring out the meal plans

Hi

i have been extremely active my whole life and very fit- but with 4 shoulder surgeries in 2-1/2 years - a car accident that left me with bulging and herniated discs in my neck and back (last shoulder surgery 2 weeks after the accident) I haven't been able to do anything but stretch and ultimately gained 13 pounds - and although in the real world I am a great weight - I have lost muscle tone, energy from muscle relaxers etc frustration from not working out (love it and can't do it) not sleeping -which is why I'm on here at this hour lol

anyway I decided to try this - it has me in a very strict calorie diet (Keto) it asked me to select 7 meals for B-L-D which I did - it gave me a shopping list but I can't find what I am supposed to start eating in the morning

where is their meal plan????

Anyway -Hi!!!! I'm Lynn from Sarasota

Eggs, sausages, olives, butter, olive oil, anything keto you can essentially have for breakfast. I had made shrimp dip one day and was to lazy to fry an egg. I grabbed my green pepper and dug in.

There really isn't a meal plan, you just pretty much eat the allowed foods within the allotted macro's. I think though if you look on Pinterest you could find some meal plans. I get all kinds of recipes from there. I am 2 1/2 weeks in and down 9 pounds. It's been kind of fun finding what I can eat and it's a lot of stuff!

My breakfast, for instance, is usually 2 eggs scrambled in butter with spinach mushrooms and cheddar cheese. Yummy. You can add bacon or sausage if you want.

I am not following a particular diet or meal plan either, but am staying within the ketogenic macro ratios. I found this excellent "shopping list" post that not only described useful grocery products for this way of eating, but also included a few sample meal plans. Maybe you will find them useful. https://www.ketoconnect.net/keto-diet-shopping-list/
