Whole Milk Full Fat (4%) Plain Greek Yogurt. That's it... and even then in small amounts to stay within macros for keto. Always read the label! There are far more carbs in even plain yogurt than people think! Carb Manager gives it a Keto Grade of "C" - Strictly Limit! I'd personally stay with 1/2 cup maximum per day.

There is a newer yogurt I've found in our local stores (Walmart; Schnucks), "Two Good", which is a (very lightly) flavored greek yogurt that claims to have only 3 total carbs / 2 gr sugar. I don't eat it daily (since I'm not sure how much I trust their claim and label) but I do keep one or two on hand to eat occasionally, primarily on those evenings when I've only had maybe 15 total carbs that day. It IS delicious, by the way, not over-sweet or over-flavored, just creamy. If I truly trusted their label I would have it every day, but unfortunately I'm a bit cynical. Best wishes!

Kevin EarthSoul You're right about the Two Good yogurt being low-fat... Luckily I'm not someone who has any trouble getting in my daily fats - LOL - for me that's the easiest part of following this WOE/lifestyle so far! But you're absolutely correct ; for someone who DOES have a problem getting in their daily fats, this may not be a great food choice (unless they want to whip up some heavy whipping cream and add a big dollop on top)!
