Sounds like a great start :). Did you add any vegetables for carbs? Try to rework it so you get in your fats and proteins. Fats keep you from getting hungry which is going to important in the days to come as the sugars leave your body. It took me about 10 days to get a balanced day. Then I copied that meal to the next day and worked off that. Of course by the 3rd perfect day I blew LOL. The night before I started I baked a cheesecake because I was a dessert hog. You can search in the app for recipes for fat bombs. If you are a salty/crunchy person there is a recipe for Keto Doritos . There is an endless supply of fun foods to make. They don't take a lot of time. Be patient with yourself (do as I say not as I do ) :). Feel free to ask all the questions as it helps to get feedback. Good Luck
