I started keto 3 weeks ago. I lost 7 pounds my first 2 weeks and now gained a pound this week. What can I do different? Does this happened to anyone? I am hitting my net carb goal: 17g . Please help
Keto is never a straight line of a decrease in weight it will be more like a roller coaster . It could be water weight retained by sodium in foods like fish shrimp and other meats. Don’t worry though look how far you’ve come already in such a short amount of time
Gaining 1lb in a week is nothing, especially as the first bit you drop quickly is mainly water. My weight can fluctuate by 7lbs in One Day, and often does 😕... Keep at it!
