Cristal Haberkorn Go to the menu left side,top of app, three lines. Go to learn about Keto, and then scroll down to Which Carbs Can You Consume on Keto. I think it will help. I personally like lists. I was eating lots of onions and lots of cucumbers and tomatoes, until I figure it out they have lots of carbs in them. Lol. It's a learning process. This app help so much. I really like that front page that can show me where I am as I go throughout the day and add what I eat, letting me know not just my macros but also my calories.
Remember, this is a marathon not a sprint. 😉
