Hi there and welcome ! Sounds like you are ahead on the inflammation piece already, yah. Agree with Joanna about the turmeric especially. Ginger also. the reading on much of this also links inflammation with weight gain. Seems might be real interesting for you to track inflammatory responses with weight loss while on something ketogenic. Your doc might be able to help you track your ESR or CRP along with this along of course w symptoms/exam.
