I think you should ask yourself why are you doing this lately. Are you hungry? Stressed? Bored?
if you just can’t shake the snacking, can you choose better snacks? My goto snack lately is a tablespoon of fresh ground peanut butter and 1 oz serving of ZeroChoc dark chocolate baking chips. I literally dip the tablespoon of PB into the chips and pick up a few at a time. 😊It’s like real Reece’s peanut butter cups but better. And the bonus 5 net carbs + 15g fiber. About 210 calories.
