Can’t stop

Hi guys! I have been on keto for 6 months and lost 20 pounds. I have been slacking at night and binging on snacks and sweets. I can’t seem to stop and I need help!

    This may sound tough, but self-discipline rules the day.  Ask yourself, ‘How bad do I want these good results?’  Get rid of the snacks and sweet - toss them out of your house.

    I think you should ask yourself why are you doing this lately. Are you hungry? Stressed? Bored? 
     

    if you just can’t shake the snacking, can you choose better snacks? My goto  snack lately is a tablespoon of fresh ground peanut butter and 1 oz serving of ZeroChoc dark chocolate baking chips. I literally dip the tablespoon of PB into the chips and pick up a few at a time. 😊It’s like real Reece’s peanut butter cups but better. And the bonus 5 net carbs + 15g fiber. About 210 calories.

    Put crushed red chili peppers on your fingers . I guarantee you will stop .
