Along with mikahza84 and TDSCL20...I eat 2 eggs with 3 egg whites and add hemp seeds and almond cheese. I have the opposite issue and get a lot of protein which forced me to switch to a high protein keto program. I do 2 protein shakes a day, one in the morning and one after my workout. The early morning one is a vegan smoothie by sunwarrior and the afternoon is a vegan keto protein by sunwarrior, plus I use ripple milk that has 8g of protein per 8oz cup. I still stay in the 19g of net carbs for the day which include 4 more high protein meals at 2500 calories a day.

As I understand it, many have this problem. Protein is better to eat with food, without additives, but if there is not enough time, it's a good supplement.
