Hello, I need some help. I been on keto for some time now but have stop losing weight. I go back and forth from 136-138. I do lift weights and exercise 3 to 4 times a week. Eating 1258 calories a day and tracking it. So what am I doing wrong?馃槗

What are your macros. My calorie intake increased after I lost the initial larger weight loss.

How much more are you trying to lose? Maybe your body has reached its optimum weight for it?
