Hol_D It is supposed to be good for energy and focus. I feel it does that and it helps with satiation. Does that answer your question? I usually start of with 1 tsp. for a few days and increase by a teaspoon every few days until I get to 2 tbs. It is not necessary for keto, but it helps with those I mentioned and getting your ketones up.

Tammi MCT = medium chain triglycerides. It’s mainly derived from coconut. Coconut oil is fine but MCT oil is a more solid choice for increased brainpower, energy, and fat burning, from what I understand. I’m new to all of this too, so 🤷🏻♀️. I plan to order from bulletproof.com. Look at both their MCT oil and XCT. I’m going with the XCT myself.
