Having trouble accessing keto recipes
I am on my third week of keto diet. Bought premium to get keto recipes and meal planner. Having NO LUCK! Contacted customer support several times and still no resolution. If I put in the name of the recipe and hit the icon nothing happens except for one time when a picture of the dish came up but no recipe but sent me the nutrition totals for it. Can anyone help?

Sorry the same happened to me. Dot2Trot on YouTube does cooking lessons & all sorts, loads of free videos to watch whilst we wait for here to get fixed.

I just signed up an purchased premium also to get the keto recipes. I don't even know how to get in touch with customer support. I can't get the recipes at all. Very frustrated

I thought I had the same problem. However, after clicking on the photo of recipe the nutrition information does come up. But u need to scroll down and recipe will be down below it. Hope this helps.

I am having similar issue. In my case I entered the recipe all the way through to end. When I clicked on the "save" link I can not locate the recipe now.
