Grade B foods

Good morning!

Just have a question about foods that are grade B.. I am still trying to figure out how to swap out things. Currently I eat one of the Yoplait Greek yogurt 100 calories every morning for breakfast. Just wondering if anyone knows if that follows the “limit” for grade B. Or should Grade B be something you only eat like once a week?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

thanks!

  • I am not sure about the grade b but I would count the yogurt every day you eat it. There is probably carbs in there that get the grade B.

I personally avoid all sugar sweetened food and would opt for plain unsweetened full fat yogurt.  In general, it’s all in balancing your macros for the day.  As long as you do not exceed your goals for the day, it should be okay.  However, everyone’s body will react differently depending on many variables.  Hopefully, it will not knock you out of ketosis.  Good Luck

Yogurt has a fair amount of milk sugar.

If it fits into your carb limit, it is fine to eat.
