So I did some research and found out that the sugar free vanilla syrup Starbucks uses contains sucralose which is not keto friendly. Just a heads up. I had no idea and have been drinking this every single morning since I started keto months ago. Ugh

tmadaris Skip the Starbucks and brew your own haha. That way you can add keto friendly ingredients and not have to always second guess what you're taking in. I make my own BP coffee everyday, whether I have time to or not.
