So when your protein is basically done , only 3 carbs left and a ton of fat needed , what do you eat ?? What has good fat, no protien and little carbs ? Suggestions please !
You can make fat bombs with butter, cocoa powder, and sweetener. Melt the butter, add the cocoa powder and sweetener. Stir and refrigerate or freeze. Tastes like fudge.
