Good luck. I have to say this is the first time I have tried a diet (I know it is a change of lifestyle) that I really feel I can do and feel like I am not starving. Still miss my chips :( 19 days going strong and doing 16/8 fast and is working for me. I am not even hungry most of the time. I lost weight first week and a half but have stalled but I know I am losing inches. Of course it is a mental thing we want to see that scale move.
