My answer, after 3 months of premium, is NO. When I first started out, I thought it was great. But honestly, the app sucks now. Can rarely get it to load, cannot get into the community part (groups/forum) unless am using a laptop or desktop. The APP support does NOT care that their premium paying members are unhappy. All they will tell you is that they are working on a new version of the app that should help fix the problems. But it wont be out until October. I enjoyed the first month of the app. For almost two months it has been glitchy and I have barely been able to use it. I had to start a FB page in order to keep in touch with the support group I found here on CM. Don't waste your money on premium.

I’ve had premium from the start. I find it helpful tracking nutrients macros etc. I find the forums dominated by snarky know it alls contradicting each other and creating confusion. The application is glitching quite a bit. The recipe selection is depressing and nothing new gets added which makes it old and tired. you can find more and better recipes online. They need to clean out the individual food carb entry’s leaving them to just the entrant on the entrants page only due to inaccurate information and stick to what is accurate ,the food list gets to bogged down with garbage information. Also not enough information on how to lower high cholesterol on keto as in , what to reduce restrict. If you have health issues with numbers you are tracking it has good systems in place. I have looked into other keto apps and have felt they had better recipes but not sure if they are any better or worse. So over all depending on why you initially purchased this app. I would say if you bought it on a reduced sale price the yes but at current full price I would pass.

absolutely agree with Nunyab, they have to clean up the multiple entries that folks put in, sometimes with info that make absolutely no sense. it is a real pain in the backside. I guess i am lucky, unlike others, i haven`t had any issues with the app loading, either on the laptop or on my phone. I have tried quite a few recipes, so I am happy. I don`t know if it was a special offer, but when i joined in late Aug, i got Premium for $30 Canadian for the year, so that is only $2-$3 a month.

I love the premium. My whole family is using it and we can share meals and recipes easily. I also use the Blood Sugar and Ketone logging and the comparisons with daily intakes of food to determine things to avoid. Check out https://www.carbmanager.com/premium#! and scroll down toward the bottom of the page and a chart of the advantages to Premium are listed in one place.
