Just started, I'm struggling!

Just started this a few days ago, am I on the right track?? Am I gonna go into ketosis this way or do I need to be more strict with what I'm eating? (I know I shouldn't had the body amour and white claws but I can't quit those cold turkey). 

I'm not even 100% sure if I'm logging all my stuff correctly. I just want to make sure I'm on the right track, or if I'm still confused. I've read just about every sight on the Keto Diet. 

 

I know the longer I go the better understanding I'll have, just want to make sure I'm going in the right direction!

 

Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

  • Id try sticking closer to your carb goal or make it 20g carbs. That way you dont have to be as strict.  Mine is 20g. I find it manageable.

  • Meal prep whole foods for keto. Don't rely on convenience snack food keto. If you're serious and really want to know, get a Keto Mojo and check your blood. This will tell you for sure about ketosis.

    More fat. Olive oil, mayo, avocados(don't be scared to eat a whole avocado), butter. High fat, moderate protein

    Eggs don't have carbs. I'm new to this app but I've noticed that not all of the foods in the data base are accurate. Double check your labels !

    Sseiser19 Eggs have a little less than half a carb each.  If you have two eggs, the app will count it as one carb.

    Your not eating enough fat your ratios should be 70-25-5 fats highest then protein.

    It’s not about counting calories if you want to go into ketosis you have to just eat a lot of fat stay away from the carbs very little for a day or two...then keep it under 20g net per day.

    Be more strict. Usually anything “sugar free” isn’t Keto because it has other crap in it.

    Manually change your macro ratio to 75/20/5
