Just started, I'm struggling!
Just started this a few days ago, am I on the right track?? Am I gonna go into ketosis this way or do I need to be more strict with what I'm eating? (I know I shouldn't had the body amour and white claws but I can't quit those cold turkey).
I'm not even 100% sure if I'm logging all my stuff correctly. I just want to make sure I'm on the right track, or if I'm still confused. I've read just about every sight on the Keto Diet.
I know the longer I go the better understanding I'll have, just want to make sure I'm going in the right direction!
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
