Hard to tell, but if you are doing less than 20 grams Total (not Net) carbs you will almost certainly get into ketosis. If you are doing Net carbs and relying on a lot of the "low carb/keto friendly" products that rely on high fiber and/or sugar alcohols to have a low Net Carb value, that may be the issue. Look for hidden carbs in supplements and spices. Many spices have far more carbs than you may think because either they don't have nutritional values, or the nutritional values are for an amount so low, they can legally say it has no carbs - but if you look up nutritional values for the amount you are actually using, there may be one to two carbs in that spice. Hope that this helps

mathewsdv8 yes, i just adjusted mine down to 1400ish. I also moved all my macros down a few grams as i am recovering from knee surgery and haven't been able to be active. i am off to the gym starting this week and expect slightly better results. In the final analysis, I'm down 5 in 3 weeks and that's not a bad pace, particularly because I'm loving the whole lifestyle - feel good about brain clarity and energy!

Check calories. I ate Leto for the past 4 weeks and lost only 2 lbs. I downloaded this app and counted my meals, I was almost DOUBLE the calories I was supposed to have. I started eating right, kept my macros right, reduced calories (got rid of the peanuts I thought were good and the coconut milk in coffee) and I've lost 3 lbs in 2 days.
