Kevin EarthSoul I'm planning to switch to that for maintainenance, I miss broccoli. Heaping piles of broccoli. Lol. But I'm sticking to regular keto till I get within sight of my goal. I eat 3c of spinach, 3oz avocado and 6oz of cauliflower or zucchini most days, with tomatoes, cucumbers, jalapenos, onions and mushrooms squeezing in from time to time. I save a few carbs every couple of days for 2-3oz of tomato. It'll probably be every day in the summer, a salad with no tomatoes is no salad at all.
