Ketosis Fail after 4 months...
I have been following the Keto diet for 4 months now and every time I check ketones, I am either negative or very very low. I have bulletproof coffee for breakfast, salad with very low carb dressing, meats, cheese, pecans or almonds or walnuts and sugar free jello cups to satisfy the sweet cravings. Averaging 13-20 net carbs per day. Any ideas why I’m not in ketosis?
