Awesome! I started on Monday as well and just weighed, down 8 lbs. I had a lot of fluid so I am sure this was mainly water but at least it is heading in the right direction. Still need to lose 92 pounds (ugh).
Isn’t it great seeing the scale move so quickly!? Definitely motivating. They say in the beginning it’s often water weight, but weight is weight. Plus getting rid of the excess water helps with inflammation.
Good deal! I know when I first started, I kept all my weight records but, I only recorded in CM when I was losing. That way, I could visually see only weight loss. When I got to where I was going, I added all of them in for accuracy.
