I started at 188 pounds May 11, I'm 5'6. I noticed the start of my body transform on month 3, weigh in now at 173 Oct.6. Goal weight 160 for now.

6’3” Amazon... failed gasteic bypass and everything else i could think of. 41 now and got myself together on this health issue .
Started at 284 lost about 34 on WW but stalled for 5 months.
Started Keto on the 8th and already down 8 lbs!
CW: 246
GW: 185ish by the end of the year.

I started this journey on Feb. 11th at 308 lbs. I'm 5' 5" tall with a large bone structure. I am now at 288. Only 13 more lbs to meet my 1st goal. My 2nd goal is 250 but my ultimate goal is 200. Anything under 200 is a bonus. 😉

Jewel Grant I don't think I'm doing anything special, just the way the diet works and maybe accelerated since I have more to lose. I doubt the scale almost every time I step on it but it's working correctly! When I first started I made sure to keep lots of things I could eat on hand to reduce urge to go off plan. It's really been helpful this time that my husband is doing it with me, and even my mom (who doesn't need to lose weight but has had crazy unmanageable diabetes for like 40) has been mostly eating what we do with additional goodies lol. I haven't been great with logging every meal, but when I do I come in around 1300-1400 Cal. I initially had my goal set lower, but I would go over every day by just a bit. Since I was clearly losing more than 2lb a week I gave myself a bit more room in the journal. Making chocolate fat bombs has been helpful for cravings
