New to forum, just wanted to say hi. my name is Rick, started Keto October at 324#, now 243#, goal weight 175#. It's been going great .

    Hi, I only eat 1 meal a day at 6 pm. I exercise on the NewStep 60 minutes 6 days a week. That's about it.

  • What an encouragement, Rick! I also am IF mixing it up throughout my week.  Mostly a 20/4 with a few 18/6 and a 24.  Working on stretching that 24 but so far... I haven't .  I know it will come, but really just tweaking my eating at the moment.  Best wishes for the rest of the way!

    Thank you, I eat just the one meal each day at the same time, but I drink  96 to 128 ounces of water throughout the day.  Good luck with your fasting, and weight lose.
