I started at 188 pounds May 11, I'm 5'6. I noticed the start of my body transform on month 3, weigh in now at 173 Oct.6. Goal weight 160 for now.

Started Keto again for real three weeks ago. Dabbled at it for a week prior. Doing Intermitten fasting
Carry most of my weight in stomach and chest. 52 year old female Fatty Liver/HBP/border line diabetic. Start 181.3 Now 171.2 Goal 135. No one has commented yet on the difference, but tummy is down, neck and face are thinner and clothes fit much better😃

Hi! Started eating low carb with the app May 18, 2019. Today I am down 12.8 pounds. I often am below my calorie "goal" because I am not hungry. Trying to balance fats and protein is the hardest part, but my carbs are usually right on pace with the percentage my macros aim for. It's so nice not being addicted to carbs anymore. I feel better, have more energy and can't wait for the future!
Started 264.0 and goal is 180.0 or less. I'll reset that goal once I reach it and can figure out what my ideal weight "should be".

havent moved an ounce since then. Eek😕 tracking carbs now
dirty keto worked so well but alas now I’m tracking macros etc. I lived raw milk but 24 carbs right there so no more milk!
Down 3 clothes sizes which feels great! My pants fell off walking to the garden carrying lemonade for my kid- we were amused. Pants are expensive! Does anyone know where I can sell my “plus size jeans and dresses”

debra06201374ad Gina Thank you both. I do plan on doing something. My weight loss has been from diet alone. I didn’t increase physical activity. Broke my heel a while back & since my right foot has been picky regarding footwear and certain activities especially running. However I think I found the right shoe for me. Anyway I’m sure there will be another learning curve for me with this eating style & extra activity. Hopefully that curve will be short lived. This app & the people here have been wonderful and beneficial in my weight loss process.
